Dr. Quan Yanmin is Associate Professor of Law School at Xi’an Jiaotong University.He got his Ph.D at Xi’an Jiaotong University in June 2014.His research interests are Copyright and related rights, Legal system in common law countries, Traditional knowledge，Entertainment law and so on. He visited the University of Calgary from September to November 2016 as the visiting scholar. And he visited the University of Indiana in 2014.

Speaker：Dr. Wang Yuping
Dr. Wang Yuping joined the School of Law, Xi’an Jiaotong University as a lecturer in 2001. The course she once taught including Property Law, Commercial Law, and Comparative Law. Now she is teaching Civil Law and Labour Law. Her teaching and research interests are issues concerning economic legal relation, from domestic law to international law. She graduated in1998 from Shaanxi Financial and Economic Institute (merged with Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2000) with Master of Economicsand got lawyer’s qualification in 2002.She once studied international investment law for several years as a PhD Candidate. In 2015 as a visiting scholar, she researched Company Law at law Faculty of Dusseldorf University in Germany. In 2014 she researched International Investment Law in Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy of Dundee University in Scotland as a visiting scholar.

Guest Speaker：Prof.Wang Baomin
Professor Wang Baomin got his Ph.D degree from Peiking University. He is the professor of law school at Xi’an Jiaotong University. His research field is jurisprudence，Legislative andthe theory of public law. He visited University of California Berkeley from 2007 to 2008 as a Fulbright visiting scholar.

Guest Speaker：Dr.Zhang Hong
Dr. Zhang Hong is an associate professor of law school at Xian Jioatong University; she majored in procedure law and evidence law. She graduated from China University of Politics and Law to get doctoral degree. She visitedNorthwestern University’ law school as a Fulbright senior visiting scholar from August 2009 to August 2010. She worked in Beilin district people’s procuratorate as a guest vice-attorney general in 2013.3-2014.9.She is being a special people’s prosecutor engaged by Shanxi provincial people’s procuratorate and a member of it from August 2013.She is teaching criminal procedure law, civil procedure law, and evidence law.
