个人简介
西安交通大学法学院副教授、博士生导师。曾任剑桥大学劳特派特国际法研究中心访问学者、能源宪章秘书处实习研究人员。主要研究方向为国际投资法、国际关系与国际法、国际法量化研究。主持国家社科基金、最高人民法院司法案例课题研究、陕西省社科基金、中国博士后基金特别资助、面上资助等课题多项，出版《国际投资协定的权力结构分析》《国际经贸法律前沿2019》等专著，在ICSID Review, The World Journal of Energy Law & Business, Ocean Development & International Law, Journal of World Investment & Trade, Polish Yearbook of International Law, Chinese Journal of Comparative Law,《国际政治研究》《武大国际法评论》《国际经贸探索》》等中外文学术期刊发表论文数十篇。个人微信公众号“隔壁国际法”，定期编辑和推送《国际经贸法律与政策：信息周报》。

招生方向：法学博士（国际经济法、法律与社会科学），法学硕士（国际经济法、法律与社会科学）、法律硕士（非法学）、法律硕士（法学）。
国际法研究方向主要集中于国际经济法，也涉及国际公法基础理论问题；法学理论研究方向主要集中于法律与社会科学的交叉研究、国际法实证与量化研究（Empirical Research）。有无法学本科背景均可，喜欢法学专业与否均可，唯求一个诚实好奇、独立思考的研究初心。欢迎法学、社会学、公共管理、国际经济与贸易、统计、数学、计算机等专业同学报考。
