主讲人简历：

Maciej Żenkiewicz received his Master's Degree in Law, cum laude at the Nicolaus Copernicus University (NCU) in 2008, finished Ph.D. studies (2008-2012) and defend his thesis on international investment law in 2017. Since 2017 he works as Research professor in International Economic Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia. Also he works as an Assistant Lecturer at International Law Department at Nicolaus Copernicus University (Poland) and cooperate as Researcher with Intituto Carlomagno de Estudios Europeos, Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (Spain). He served as Electoral Observer in European Union's Election Observer Mission during presidential elections in Peru and Honduras. Also he advises parties in international arbitration. He participated in various national and international conferences, presenting and publishing the articles in Polish, English and Spanish. His main area of interests are, inter alia, international investment law and business and human rights.
