Rainer Kulms is Professor, previously Senior Research Fellow, at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and Private International Law (Head of US Law Department), and Adjunct Professor of China University of Political Science and Law. He is Editor-in-Chief of the European Business Organization Law Review (SSCI). Rainer Kulms graduated from the University of Hamburg, obtained an LL.M. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, and was a Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge (Wolfson College), UK. Rainer Kulms has published widely on German, European and US corporate and commercial law, and the law and economics of related regulatory issues. He also taught at several universities in Southeast Europe and Asia, such as Tsinghua University and the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, the University of Tirana, Albania, and West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, India.
