招 生 简 章
西安交通大学是国家“985”工程第一批重点建设的9所大学（“C9”）之一，“国际经济法与比较法学科”是学校“985”三期重点建设的拟建世界一流学科，是首批国家卓越应用型、复合型及涉外法律人才培养基地。
作为教育部批准并资助的“学校特色项目”，西安交通大学 “丝绸之路国际经济法高级国际研讨班系列”旨在结合本学科优势，充分利用优质国际学术资源，培养高层次国际化的国际经济法专业人才。为此，西安交通大学法学院和丝绸之路国际法与比较法研究所在2011-2013年间每年举办一次高端的国际经济法国际研讨班，聘请WTO法、国际投资法、国际商法等国际经济法领域的海内外知名学者教授前来授课。
第一期国际研讨班以“中国入世十年”（China in the WTO at 10
th）为主题，已于2011年11月顺利举办。第二期研讨班以“中国与ICSID”（China and ICSID）为主题，已于2012年6月圆满完成。第三期研讨班以“2013年国际商事争端解决”（China and International Commercial Dispute Resolution）为主题，将于2013年5月10日至5月15日在西安交通大学举行。研讨班全部课程以英文讲授，面向国内外招生，计划招收正式学员120人。
一、招生对象
（1）高等院校相关专业的优秀青年教师；
（2）品学兼优的相关专业博士生、硕士生、本科生；
（3）执业律师、法务人员、政府职员等。
二、相关费用
（1）学费（含注册费、培训费、资料费）：
学生500元人民币；
青年教师、执业律师、法务人员、政府职员2000元人民币；
学生和青年教师确有需要者可申请减免。
（2）食宿费、差旅费：自由安排，费用自理。
三、时间地点
报到时间：2013年5月9日9:00-18:00；
报到地点：西安交通大学法学院大厅（主楼E座10层）；
授课时间：2013年5月10日至5月15日；
授课地点：西安交通大学科学馆207。
四、研讨班证书
参加研讨班并且考核合格者，统一授予教育部特色外专项目西安交通大学 “丝绸之路国际经济法高级国际研讨班”结业证书。
