The Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress held a legislative consulting expert engagement ceremony on October 25. A total of 35 experts and scholars were engaged as legislative consulting experts of 12nd Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee. Among them, four are professors of XJTU School of Law, namely, Prof. Zhiguo MA, Prof. Baomin WANG, Prof. Desheng HU and Prof. Cibang LIU, which reflects that the  research capacity and level, influence and local legal construction service of the scholars of XJTU School of Law and itself have been fully approved. They will continue to make greater contributions with their expertise to the development and improvement of local legislation and local legal system to promote the legislation and construction of rule of law of Shaanxi Province.
